Introduction To Simhamukha :
In Tibetan Buddhism, Simha Mukha, also known as the Lion-Headed Protector, is a guardian god renowned for its capacity to ward off evil and spiritual obstacles. The lion's head is a symbol of courage, power, and the ferocious energy required to vanquish evil forces and impediments. It is also thought that Simha Mukha protects practitioners on their way to enlightenment, guaranteeing their spiritual health. The protection, empowerment, and spiritual strength accessible to individuals who seek direction and solace in the divine are all symbolized by this statue.
How do you take care of your statues?
Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is completely free of moisture and dust.
Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet.
Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face. Directly touching with the bare hand objects can smudge the face, leaving scratches.
