White Tara (also known as Dolma) is known as Female Buddha in the Buddhist tradition. White Tara appears in the form of a female bodhisattva and goddess for the benefit of every living being. She appears specifically for the purpose of granting longevity of life which can in turn be used to amass wisdom and merits.
Her special attributes are her seven eyes, the third eye on her forehead, the palms of her hand, and the sole of her feet.
