About Our Statue :
This handcrafted White Tara Longevity Deity statue is made of oxidized copper and is 9.5cm tall and 7cm wide. In Tibetan Buddhism, White Tara is regarded as the embodiment of compassion and long life. Her magnificent representation contains seven eyes (three on the face and one on each hand and foot), which represent her all-seeing nature and capacity to sense pain. The statue portrays her serene attitude and commanding presence, bringing the benefits of health, protection, and long life into its surroundings.
White Tara is shown in a meditative lotus pose, with her right hand uplifted in the teaching gesture (Vitarka mudra) and her left hand resting on her knee, symbolising compassion and longevity. The oxidized finish brings out the intricacies of the lotus adornments, tranquil facial expression, and elaborate dress, creating a one-of-a-kind and magnificent spiritual treasure.
This White Tara figurine, ideal for spiritual practitioners and collectors, may be used on meditation altars, holy locations, or as a memorable gift. It is a reminder to practice compassion and mindfulness while connecting with timeless Tibetan Buddhist teachings.
Introduction To White Tara:
Tara is like a mother to her offspring regarding sentient beings. She is eager to grant our requests, wishing us pleasure and long life and assisting us in developing knowledge. You can eliminate impediments from your life and extend your life by finding shelter in Tara and practicing meditation, visualizations, and faith.
How do take care of your statues?
• Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is completely free of moisture and dust.
• Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a
glass cabinet.
• Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face. Directly touching with the bare hand objects can
smudge the face, leaving scratches.
