Introduction to Gong
A big flat metal disc is used to create the Tibetan gong, which, when struck, makes a loud, distinct sound. The delta and theta brain wave states, which are the slowest in humans, are induced by the sound of a gong and aid in profound relaxation. These phases usually occur while we are daydreaming or deeply asleep.
What is Gong used for?

For any reason you need to return your item, we're here to help.
