About Our Product

This Vajrayana Ritual Stupa is a beautifully crafted brass Buddhist sacred object representing the enlightened mind, spiritual transformation, and the path toward awakening. Designed according to traditional Himalayan Buddhist symbolism, this stupa features a carefully structured form with multiple symbolic sections, including a lotus base, stepped foundation, central body, and crowning elements. The aged brass finish enhances its traditional appearance, highlighting the intricate details and devotional character of this sacred artwork.

The stupa rests upon a detailed square foundation decorated with auspicious motifs and symbolic figures, representing stability and the foundation of the Dharma. Above the base, the lotus pedestal symbolizes purity and spiritual growth, rising beyond worldly attachments. The central section contains beautifully carved Buddha figures seated in meditation postures, representing enlightened awareness and the presence of awakened wisdom. The upper dome-like structure and spire symbolize the stages of the Buddhist path, leading toward complete realization and liberation.

In Vajrayana Buddhism, stupas are revered as representations of the Buddha’s enlightened body, speech, and mind. Introduction of Stupa

Prior to Buddhism, great teachers were interred in mounds. While some were cremated, others were buried in a seated, meditative posture, with earth covering them. Consequently, the domed shape of the stupa came to symbolize a person seated in meditation, much like the Buddha when he attained Enlightenment and understood the Four Noble Truths. The stupa's base represents his crossed legs in a meditative pose, the middle section signifies the Buddha’s body, and the mound's apex, from which a pole rises surrounded by a small fence, symbolizes his head. Before human images of the Buddha were created, reliefs frequently depicted practitioners showing devotion to a stupa.
