About Our Product

This Vajrayana Prayer Wheel for Meditation measures 15.5 cm in height, 17 cm in length, and 17 cm in width, with a weight of 0.75 kg. Handcrafted from wood and finished with acrylic color, it features a cylindrical rotating body supported by a broad circular base. Raised Tibetan script, carved wooden details, and hand painted accents give the piece a traditional Himalayan appearance, while its compact form makes it suitable for Buddhist altars, shrine rooms, meditation spaces, and spiritual interiors.

This Vajrayana Prayer Wheel for Meditation features a rounded upper cap above the rotating cylinder, where raised Tibetan characters are arranged around the outer surface. The sacred script reflects the close connection between prayer wheels and mantra recitation, serving as a reminder of compassion, devotion, and mindful practice. The cylindrical section rests above a circular pedestal decorated with lotus inspired forms, symbolizing purity and spiritual awakening. As this is a ritual object rather than a deity representation, it does not feature a mudra; its spiritual meaning is expressed through the prayer wheel form, sacred lettering, and symbolic base associated with blessings, merit, mindfulness, and the Vajrayana path.

This handcrafted wooden mantra wheel can be placed on a home altar, shrine table, meditation area, yoga room, temple setting, or dedicated prayer space. It can accompany mantra recitation, meditation, devotional practice, and quiet reflection while helping create a calm and focused atmosphere. Its sacred symbolism can support mindfulness, compassion, spiritual devotion, and regular practice in daily life. It can also be offered as a meaningful Buddhist gift for practitioners, meditation enthusiasts, or collectors of Himalayan ritual art.

Introduction of Prayer Wheel

A prayer wheel is a cylindrical device mounted on a spindle, used in Tibetan Buddhism. It is typically inscribed with the mantra "Om Mani Padme Hum" and rotated by hand as a form of spiritual practice to accumulate merit. Spinning the wheel is believed to offer the same spiritual benefits as verbally reciting the mantra. The use of prayer wheels is widespread in Tibetan Buddhism and has spread to other cultures.
