Introduction of Chakrasamvara

Chakrasamvara is a principal meditational deity within the mother tantras, appearing in his mandala with his consort Vajravarahi. In his form, he holds a vajra and bell, symbolizing united happiness and nothingness. As an ascetic yogi, he wears a tiger skin garment, with his hair styled in a knotted topknot. The skull crown signifies the transformation of the five poisons into the five wisdoms. Standing on a sun disc atop a lotus seat, his right leg is extended, signifying readiness to act. Consecration Service Available
