About Our Product
This handcrafted Vajrasattva statue embodies the essence of purification and spiritual cleansing in Tibetan Buddhism. Standing at 11 cm tall, it depicts Vajrasattva holding the vajra and bell, symbols of compassion and wisdom. Crafted from oxidized copper, the statue features a beautiful finish that enhances its spiritual presence. It serves as a powerful tool for meditation, mantra recitation, and rituals to purify negative karma and obstacles.
Vajrasattva holds a vajra in his right hand, symbolizing method and upaya (skillful means), and a bell in his left, representing wisdom and emptiness. This iconography embodies the perfect union of these two principles, fundamental to purification practices. His meditative posture underscores the transformative power of confession and atonement, offering a profound path to inner peace and clarity.
Introduction of Vajrasattva
Vajrasattva, meaning 'Diamond Being,' is a significant bodhisattva in Vajrayana Buddhism, revered as the Buddha of Purification. He is central to practices for cleansing negativities, broken vows, and obscurations, guiding practitioners toward spiritual clarity and enlightenment. His meditational practice purifies karma, leading to a state of profound peace and inner freedom.
