Original Tsheringma, Guardian of Life Thangka | Dakini Painting | Karma Gadri Artistry
This hand-painted thangka of Tsheringma, Guardian of Life, is created on high-quality cotton with natural stone colors and 24K gold. Its rich materials bring energy, symbolizing longevity and health. Natural stone colors connect to Buddhist traditions, symbolizing divine figures, while 24K gold adds beauty and symbolizes purity and enlightenment. Made in the Karma Gadri style, it reflects expert craftsmanship and spiritual depth in Tibetan Buddhist art.
In Tibetan Buddhism, Tsheringma is warmly honored as the Goddess of Longevity, cherished as the guardian of health and a long, fulfilling life. In this thangka, she is depicted riding a majestic white snow lion, symbolizing strength and wisdom, with her left hand gracefully holding a vase containing the nectar of immortality. Her five-jeweled crown and the nine-spoked vajra symbolize her divine power to remove obstacles and bestow longevity on her devotees. The 'Norbu' jewel atop the vase and the halo around her highlight her sacred and elevated status. The clouds and mountains in the background enhance the thangka's heavenly atmosphere, emphasizing her link to the divine. This thangka represents Tsheringma's power and serves as a strong reminder of her blessings to followers.
