About Our Product

This Handcrafted Vairocana Buddha Statue stands 24.5cm in height and 16cm in width, weighing 1.95 kg. Expertly crafted from a copper body with gold-plated and silver-plated accents, this Tibetan Buddhist sculpture is designed to enrich meditation rooms, home altars, and spiritual interiors. The balanced proportions and refined detailing reflect traditional Himalayan craftsmanship and sacred artistry.

Vairocana Buddha, the cosmic Buddha representing universal wisdom and illumination, is depicted in a serene meditative posture seated upon a lotus base. The statue features multiple faces symbolizing omniscient awareness in all directions, while the intricate crown and detailed ornaments emphasize his enlightened presence. His hands form the Dharmachakra mudra, the gesture of turning the Wheel of Dharma, representing the transmission of profound teachings. Flowing decorative elements and finely carved patterns across the robes and throne enhance the sacred symbolism and spiritual presence of the piece.

This Vairocana Buddha statue represents enlightenment, wisdom, and the unity of all phenomena within Vajrayana Buddhism. Ideal for Buddhist altar décor, meditation spaces, yoga studios, and Himalayan art collections, this gold and silver plated Vairocana sculpture appeals to collectors seeking Tibetan Buddhist statues, cosmic Buddha art, Himalayan meditation décor, and authentic spiritual home décor grounded in sacred Buddhist symbolism and traditional craftsmanship.

Introduction to Vairocana

Vairocana/Mahavairocana Buddha is one of the five Dhyani Buddhas sitting on a lotus pedestal surrounded by hundreds of flowers in the statue. He has three heads and his hands are in a meditational posture. Adhi Buddha created Vairocana as one of the Five Dhyani Buddhas. Vairocana means "luminous" or "embodiment of light" in Sanskrit. Vairocana is a Primordial Buddha who sits in the heart of the temple. He's also known as the "great lighting one," "the Life force that illuminates the cosmos."
