About Our Product

This Traditional Tibetan Bhumba Set is a handcrafted pair of copper ritual vessels with a distinctive form that differs from the more commonly seen Bhumba designs. Rather than having the simpler, upright profile often associated with traditional Bhumba vessels, these pieces feature a rounded central body, elevated neck, broad rim, decorative finial, and an extended handle and curved spout visible from the side. The copper bodies are finished in gold, giving the pair a richly ornamented appearance.

The vessels feature extensive decorative work across the body, including raised ornamental panels, engraved patterns, beaded borders, floral-inspired motifs, and elaborate gold-finished elements around the neck and base. The upper sections are topped with pointed finials, while the lower sections rest on shaped pedestal bases. The combination of the rounded body, side handle, curved spout, and elaborate ornamentation gives this Bhumba set a distinctive ewer-like character compared with more conventional examples.
