About Our Product

This Traditional Ritual Dhupur Rice Pot is crafted from copper with gold plating, measuring 20cm in height, 10cm in length, and 10cm in width, with a weight of 0.75 kg. Featuring an elaborate Tibetan Buddhist ceremonial design, this sacred rice offering vessel is decorated with carved auspicious symbols, intricate floral patterns, and raised ornamental details throughout its surface. The radiant golden finish highlights the decorative metalwork, giving the vessel a rich and elegant appearance inspired by traditional Himalayan artistry. Its cylindrical structure, detailed craftsmanship, and ceremonial design make this Tibetan Dhupur rice pot suitable for Buddhist altars, monastery shrines, meditation rooms, ritual offering arrangements, and collections of Himalayan religious artwork.

The Buddhist ritual rice pot features a cylindrical body divided into four ornamental sections, each surrounded by intricately carved floral scrollwork, raised auspicious emblems, and decorative gold-plated patterns. Prominent circular medallions containing traditional auspicious symbols are positioned at the center of each section, while smaller raised ornaments extend around the sides. Smooth horizontal bands separate the carved sections, creating a balanced contrast between the polished surfaces and deeply textured relief decorations. The vessel is crowned with a rounded dome-shaped lid adorned with elaborate lotus-inspired petals, curling floral motifs, and layered ornamental borders. At the top stands a pointed lotus-bud-shaped finial featuring delicate carved patterns and a rounded decorative base. The combination of detailed relief carvings, symmetrical arrangements, and lustrous gold plating gives this traditional Himalayan offering vessel a distinctive ceremonial appearance.

In Tibetan Buddhism, rice offerings symbolize generosity, abundance, purity, and the cultivation of positive spiritual qualities. Rice is traditionally presented during Buddhist prayers, mandala offerings, blessing ceremonies, and other devotional practices as an expression of respect and dedication. The auspicious symbols decorating this Tibetan ritual rice pot are associated with favorable conditions, spiritual prosperity, wisdom, compassion, and the path toward enlightenment. The lotus-inspired decorations further represent purity and the possibility of spiritual awakening despite worldly difficulties. This gold-plated Dhupur rice pot can be incorporated into Buddhist altar arrangements, ceremonial offerings, personal shrine displays, and meditation spaces. It also makes a meaningful spiritual gift for Vajrayana practitioners and collectors of traditional Tibetan Buddhist ritual objects.

A rice bowl represents prosperity, sustenance, fertility, and abundance. Thus, a Rice Bowl is reputed to assist you in warding off any evils to the household and, at the same time, aid you in achieving prosperity in wealth and happiness in your family life. Mostly seen on the Buddha's hands; traditionally, Buddhist monks would use rice bowls to accept offerings from people.
