Product Description
Buddha Mitrupa Thangka
Buddha Mitrupa, also known as Akshobhya, is a key figure in Tibetan Buddhism, symbolizing serenity, wisdom, and spiritual resolve. His name, meaning "Immovable" or "Unshakable," signifies his ability to transform anger into wisdom. This hand-painted thangka, made from 24K gold and natural stone colors, embodies spiritual depth and artistic excellence.
In traditional thangka art, Mitrupa is depicted in a Vajra posture, symbolizing stability and spiritual firmness. His right hand touches the earth in the Bhumisparsha Mudra, symbolizing his unwavering commitment to enlightenment and victory over obstacles. His deep blue body signifies infinite space, purity, and wisdom. He is associated with the eastern direction and the element of water, representing calmness and clarity. His spiritual realm is Abhirati, a paradise of joy and bliss for those seeking awakening through meditation. Displaying a Buddha Mitrupa thangka in a sacred space promotes inner peace, stability, and clarity of mind, highlighting resilience and the potential to overcome life's challenges.
