This Traditional Altar Vajrasattva Statue is a sacred Tibetan Buddhist deity figurine crafted from a copper body with 24K gold plating and acrylic color details. Measuring 6 cm in height, 4.5 cm in length, and 3 cm in width, with a weight of 0.62 kg, this compact statue carries a peaceful devotional presence for Buddhist altars, meditation spaces, shrine rooms, and spiritual collections. Vajrasattva is revered in Vajrayana Buddhism as the Buddha of purification, representing the cleansing of negative karma, obstacles, and mental obscurations.
The statue depicts Vajrasattva seated gracefully on a lotus base, adorned with an ornate crown, jewelry, and traditional enlightened attire. Introduction To Vajrsattva:
Vajrasatva is typically regarded as the second patriarch in the Shingon Buddhist lineage, the first being Vairocana Buddha. According to Kukai's writings in Record of the Dharma Transmission, Nagarjuna encountered Vajrasatva in an iron tower in southern India, based on Amoghavajra's testimony. As recounted in the Mahavairocana Sutra, Vajrasatva inducted Nagarjuna into the abhiseka ceremony and entrusted him with the esoteric teachings he had gained from Vairocana Buddha. Kukai doesn't go into detail on Vajrasatva or his beginnings.

The level of craftsmanship by the artisans with Evam Ratna is truly exceptional.. The photos on the website showcase these beautiful items, but the special quality of their presence is felt when beheld directly. When I opened the carefully constructed package and encountered the ghanta, vajra,, rupa, and damaru tassels directly, I was overjoyed. I could feel the heart and care that went into their creation.

The Manjushri statue I purchased is of very high quality and has tremendous presence on my altar, far exceeding my expectations. It was well packed and arrived surprisingly quickly. Evam Ratna kept me informed throughout the process and even shared additional photos before shipping to ensure I was aware that the statue had oxidized somewhat since the pictures on the site were taken (not an issue but really appreciate the transparency). Thanks again for the beautiful statue -- I'll be a frequent visitor to the website in the future!
The statue came in excellent condition! I was worried especially since I had it consecrated before shipping (which evamratna offers for a fee if you ask!) But the statue came perfectly. Also, it was way bigger than I anticipated which was a lovely surprise, because usually the statues come smaller than I thought when initially buying them. These statues are pricy, but I recommend having at least one in your collection if you can afford it. You’re also supporting local Nepalese craftsmen, and the price I find is reasonable for most people.
