Measuring 24 cm in height, 17 cm in length, and 11 cm in width, with a weight of 1.98 kg, the sculpture depicts Vajrasattva (Dorje Sempa) in sacred union with his consort. The detailed crown, intricate ornaments, flowing scarves, lotus pedestal, and antique golden surface reflect the traditional artistry of Himalayan Buddhist craftsmanship.
Dorje Sempa, also known as Vajrasattva, is revered in Tibetan Buddhism as the Buddha of purification, purity, and spiritual transformation. This yab yum form represents the union of wisdom and compassion, where Vajrasattva and his consort symbolize the inseparable nature of enlightened awareness and skillful means. Their sacred embrace expresses the profound realization of non duality and the harmonious integration of masculine and feminine enlightened qualities.
The detailed attributes, peaceful expression, and symbolic posture of this Vajrasattva with Consort statue reflect the deep meaning of Vajrayana purification practices. The lotus pedestal represents spiritual purity and awakening, while the antique finish enhances the traditional character of the sculpture. Displayed in a Buddhist altar, meditation space, or sacred collection, this handcrafted statue inspires purification, wisdom, compassion, and the journey toward enlightenment.
