About Our Product
This Tibetan Buddhist Dzambhala Statue is a handcrafted oxidized copper sculpture depicting Dzambhala seated upon an intricately carved lotus throne. The statue features an antique oxidized copper finish that highlights the detailed carving throughout the crown, facial features, jewelry, robes, and throne. Small gemstone embellishments are incorporated into the ornaments, adding subtle color and enhancing the traditional Himalayan craftsmanship of the piece.
Dzambhala is revered in Tibetan Buddhism as a deity associated with generosity, abundance, and the responsible use of resources. He is depicted in the relaxed Lalitasana (royal posture), with one leg extended and the other folded, symbolizing authority, stability, and readiness to assist others. He is traditionally seated upon a lotus throne, representing purity, enlightened qualities, and spiritual balance. His left hand holds the mongoose (Nehulay), which symbolizes the overcoming of greed and the generous flow of precious jewels, while his right hand holds the citron (Bijapuraka) fruit, representing abundance, fulfillment, and the fruition of positive aspirations.
This Handcrafted Dzambhala Statue is suitable for Buddhist altars, meditation spaces, shrine rooms, spiritual collections, traditional interiors, and decorative displays. Its compact size makes it suitable for personal altars while preserving detailed craftsmanship. The combination of an oxidized copper body, gemstone details, royal posture, symbolic attributes, lotus throne, and intricate ornamentation makes it a distinctive example of Himalayan Buddhist sculpture and traditional metal artistry.
