Tibetan Box Incense Burner - Decorative Tibetan Buddhist Ritual Burner
About Our Ritual Item :
This Tibetan Box Incense Burner is 15 cm tall and 11.5 cm wide, with a strong yet beautiful weight of 0.36 kg. It is expertly constructed from copper and brass, with a box-like design and a hinged lid styled like a small stupa or pagoda, covered with exquisite filigree patterns. The sides are decorated with sacred Buddhist symbols such as reliefs of protector deities, the Endless Knot, and floral motifs, while the base is covered by a Greek key pattern, which represents continuity and eternity. The domed lid, crowned with a vajra finial, represents spiritual enlightenment and the eternal truth of wisdom.
This incense burner is both ceremonial and decorative, making it ideal for Buddhist rituals, meditation, or setting up a sacred space. The fragrant incense smoke emanating from its elaborate cover represents purification, transformation and the giving of prayers to higher realms. This burner, which combines beautiful craftsmanship and spiritual symbolism, is suitable for adding Tibetan culture to altar settings or personal meditation places.
Introduction To Incense Burner :
Incense burners are sometimes known as thuribles and can be swung by hand or suspended from the ceiling. The swinging action creates a draught through the censer, which allows the charcoal to glow and the incense to burn more strongly.
