Bodhisattva Thangka, White Tara With Amitayus And Namgyalma Digital Thangka Prints
Best Size (18 x 23 Inches)
This Bodhisattva Buddha has portrayed White Tara with Amitayus and Namgyalma. White Tara has seven eyes, one on her forehead and one on each of her hands and feet, indicating her caring alertness to perceive the world's suffering. Her protecting mudra is on her left hand, while her wish-granting mudra is proper. She generally has a stem of the Utpala lotus flower with three flowers in her left hand. One flower is a seed, another is about to bloom, and the third is fully bloomed. These are the Buddhas of the past, present, and future.
Amitayus, the apparitional buddha form (sambhogakaya), is represented in crimson, wearing a crown and jewels, and holding a long-life vase over two hands in a meditation motion. Namgyalma with eight hands and wearing precious ornaments.
