About Our Product
This Stupa with Five Dhyani Buddhas features five seated Buddha figures arranged around the central sacred structure, creating a complete Vajrayana Buddhist shrine composition. Measuring 23 cm in height, 13 cm in length, and 13 cm in width, it weighs 1.18 kg and is crafted from ethically sourced bone with detailed acrylic coloring. The sculpture is richly painted in gold, red, blue, green, orange, and white, with each Buddha seated beneath the upper stupa structure. A broad lotus shaped platform, colorful pedestal, architectural framing, rounded dome, and golden finial complete the layered design from bottom to top.
This Stupa with Five Dhyani Buddhas is designed from top to bottom with a pointed finial, a rounded dome, and a lotus section. Below the stupa are five seated Buddhas: Vairocana, Akshobhya, Ratnasambhava, Amitabha, and Amoghasiddhi. Each Buddha has a peaceful face, curled hair, traditional robes, and different hand gestures connected with their spiritual qualities. The figures sit above a wide lotus shaped base decorated with carved petals, while the lower section has detailed panels and a patterned rectangular base. In Vajrayana Buddhism, the Five Dhyani Buddhas represent five kinds of wisdom and the transformation of negative thoughts into enlightened awareness. The lotus base represents purity and spiritual growth, while the stupa represents the enlightened mind and the path toward liberation.
This Stupa with Five Dhyani Buddhas can be used as a sacred focus for Buddhist prayer, meditation, mindfulness, and contemplation. It is suitable for a Buddhist altar, personal shrine, meditation room, Dharma center, monastery space, or spiritual collection. Its combination of the Five Dhyani Buddhas and the stupa makes it especially meaningful for practitioners studying Vajrayana symbolism, cultivating wisdom and peace, or creating a sacred environment for daily spiritual practice.
Introduction To The Stupa :
Great teachers were buried in mounds before Buddhism. Some were cremated, but others were buried sitting in a contemplative manner. They were hidden behind the earthen mound. As a result, the stupa's domed shape depicted a person seated in meditation, much like the Buddha was when he attained Enlightenment and understanding of the Four Noble Truths. The stupa's base depicts his crossed legs as he reclines in a contemplative attitude. The center of the mound depicts the Buddha's body, while the top of the mound, where a pole rises from the pinnacle and is surrounded by a little fence, represents his head. Before the development of depictions of the person Buddha, reliefs frequently represented practitioners exhibiting devotion to a stupa.
