About Our Statue:
This Statue of Namasangiti represents Namasangiti Manjushri, an esoteric manifestation of Manjushri, the Bodhisattva of Wisdom in Tibetan Buddhism. Revered as the embodiment of complete enlightened knowledge, Namasangiti symbolizes the profound wisdom that dispels ignorance and reveals the true nature of reality. This handcrafted sculpture measures 24cm in height with a 23cm base, weighs 2.32 kg, and is crafted from a copper body, reflecting traditional Himalayan Buddhist artistry.
The statue depicts Namasangiti in his elaborate multi-armed form, seated upon a lotus pedestal with a serene yet powerful presence. His central hands are joined in a gesture of wisdom, while the surrounding hands hold symbolic implements representing different aspects of enlightened awareness. The detailed crown, ornate ornaments, flowing robes, and carefully carved lotus seat showcase the intricate iconography associated with this revered form of Manjushri.
Created by skilled artisans, this Tibetan Buddhist Namasangiti Manjushri Statue is suitable for Buddhist altars, meditation spaces, monasteries, and spiritual collections. The copper craftsmanship and sacred symbolism make it a meaningful representation of wisdom, clarity, and the aspiration toward enlightened understanding.
Introduction of Namasangiti
According to one tradition, he attained perfect enlightenment a long time back. He purposefully descended into the world as a Bodhisattva for the welfare of all sentient beings. He was one of the eight chief disciples of Lord Shakyamuni who used to raise questions concerning the emptiness for the benefit of other listeners. The Buddhists believe that he is the sole deity of wisdom who blesses the devotees to sharpen their memory and intellect. As a result, a devotee can penetrate the vast and profound meanings of the Buddha's teachings. Without the blessings of Mañjuśri, nobody can develop the realization of emptiness.
