About Our Statue :
Dorje Drollo is one of Guru Padmasambhava's eight forms, and this statue of him is a striking portrayal. This religious figure, made of oxidized copper, stands 13.5 cm tall, 8.5 cm wide, and weighs 0.38 kilogram. Dorje Drollo is represented in a wrathful stance, surrounded by a fiery halo, which means his powerful force that burns away impediments and negativity. With a wild and dynamic expression, he uses the transformational force of compassion in its wrathful form to defend practitioners on their spiritual journey.
Dorje Drollo is respected in Tibetan Buddhism for subduing evil spirits and removing inner and exterior impediments. His wrathful yet compassionate spirit represents the brave power of enlightenment, defending the Dharma and all who follow it. Riding a tigress, he represents mastery over primal energy, and his raised hand and ritual instruments highlight his function as a powerful guardian who tames unruly elements. The oxidized copper finish accentuates the statue's antique appearance, adding depth and authenticity.
This Tibetan Dorje Drollo statue is ideal for use on an altar, in a meditation space, or as part of a sacred collection. More than just a decorative ornament, it represents the living presence of a protective deity, reminding practitioners of the courage and knowledge needed to conquer adversities. This statue is ideal for spiritual practitioners, collectors of Himalayan art, or those looking for a powerful sign of protection. It holds the blessings of Guru Rinpoche's most wrathful manifestation.
Introduction To Dorje Drollo:
Guru Dorje Drollo is the crazy, wrathful Buddha of the degenerate era. He has no regular pattern to his wrath. He is entirely out of order!" He is a manifestation of crazy wisdom. He is an ecstatic manifestation of Padmasambhava, the deity Dorje Drolö, who embodies the forces of insight and compassion beyond logic and convention. Invoking in the practitioner the fearlessness and spontaneity of the awakened state, Dorje Drollo transforms hesitancy and clinging into enlightened activity. Dorje Drollo's energy overcomes distinctions of life and death, representing a continual process of giving birth to new circumstances and possibilities.
How do you take care of your statues?
• Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is entirely free of moisture and dust.
• Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by a Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet.
• Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face. Directly touching objects with the bare hand can smudge the face, leaving scratches.
