About Our Product
This Spiritual Manjushri Bodhisattva Sculpture is crafted with an oxidized copper body and silver plated finish, representing the celestial embodiment of transcendent wisdom in Mahayana and Vajrayana Buddhism. Created through machine craftsmanship, this statue features detailed ornamental elements, a beautifully designed lotus base, and the traditional iconography associated with Manjushri. The sculpture depicts Manjushri holding the flaming sword of wisdom in his right hand and a lotus supporting the sacred scripture in his left hand, reflecting the profound teachings of awakened knowledge and insight.
Manjushri is revered as the Bodhisattva of wisdom, intelligence, and enlightened understanding. His Flaming Sword (Khadga) symbolizes the sharp and penetrating power of wisdom that cuts through ignorance, confusion, duality, and mental obscurations. The Prajnaparamita Sutra, supported by a lotus flower in his left hand, represents the perfection of wisdom, ultimate knowledge, and the realization of emptiness (shunyata). The Blue Lotus (Utpala) symbolizes purity and spiritual awakening, rising untouched above worldly confusion and representing the blossoming of enlightened awareness.
This sacred Manjushri sculpture is ideal for meditation spaces, Buddhist altars, study areas, and spiritual collections. Whether used for devotion, contemplation, or as meaningful Buddhist decor, it serves as a reminder to cultivate wisdom, clarity, and insight on the path toward enlightenment. The presence of Manjushri inspires learning, mindfulness, and the pursuit of deeper understanding through the teachings of the Buddha.
Introduction of Manjushri
Manjushri means "very auspicious" in Sanskrit. As one of the compassion bodhisattvas, Manjushri is particularly well-known among Tibetan Buddhists. He is compared to a brilliant sun. Manjushri is also depicted in the Eleven Figurative Forms of Avalokiteshvara as the Bodhisattva of Great Wisdom, also known as the Buddha Resplendent, with a radiant body like a sun.
