This Spiritual Handcrafted Tibetan Chupsel Tassel measures 24 cm in length and weighs 0.096 kg. Made from 92.5% silver and adorned with original coral and turquoise stones, this tassel captures the essence of Tibetan ritual artistry. Its design features a cylindrical silver element with intricate ridges, holding the vibrant, multicolored tassels. The balanced proportion of silver and stone creates a visually striking ceremonial accessory suitable for altar decor, sacred spaces, or ritual use.
Each chupsel tassel carries spiritual significance, with coral representing vitality and protection, and turquoise symbolizing harmony and spiritual growth. The intricately crafted silver holder showcases traditional Tibetan metalwork, enhancing the symbolic and aesthetic value of the piece. This handcrafted ritual tassel invites mindfulness and reverence during meditation, prayers, or ceremonial observances.
Ideal for Tibetan Buddhist altars, meditation spaces, or as a collector’s ritual item, this handcrafted chupsel tassel brings both color and sacred energy to any environment. Its sturdy construction and detailed finishing highlight artisanal craftsmanship, making it a meaningful addition to spiritual decor. Use it during prayer, ritual ceremonies, or as a vibrant cultural accent in your home or temple space.
Introduction To Buddhist Chupsel (Mala Counter):
Mala counters are specifically designed tools used to keep track of and count a large number of mantra recitations in various Tibetan and Vajrayana traditions. They offer multiple methods for keeping an accurate count. The Mala itself serves as a convenient means to organize and track your recitations.
For every complete rotation of the Mala, while reciting a mantra, it's equivalent to counting one hundred mantras. Additionally, there are eight extra beads incorporated into the Mala, which act as a kind of "safety zone" to account for any minor counting errors.
Here's how the counting process works: After you finish reciting one hundred mantras (completing one cycle), you move one of the counter beads on one side of your Mala Counter (side A). When you complete ten cycles, which adds up to one thousand mantras, you shift all ten counter beads back to their original positions. Then, you move one of the counter beads on the other side of your Mala Counter (side B). This signifies that you've completed one thousand mantras. By repeating this process multiple times, you can efficiently keep track of and achieve your goal of reciting ten thousand mantras.
