About our Statue :
This antique-finish Shiva and Parvati sculpture is made of bronze with an antique finish and stands 43 cm tall and 55 cm wide. It weighs 18.38 kg. It is an excellent depiction of the heavenly couple from Hindu mythology, featuring the mighty Lord Shiva and the graceful Goddess Parvati. Shiva is represented with four hands in a variety of symbolic positions. His upper right-hand holds a crystal rosary, a symbol of dedication and spiritual practice, while his lower hand is in the vitarka mudra, representing conversation and intellectual clarity. His upper left hand wields a trident, his iconic weapon, and his lower hand softly embraces Parvati, showing his strong bond with her.
Shiva's right leg is extended outward, representing his dynamic and transcendent nature. His crown is crafted with the sun and crescent moon, symbolizing his cosmic status as the universe's destroyer and changer. A serpent is coiled around his right ear, adding to his formidable, enigmatic image. The serpent also signifies his link to the divine and transcendence of materiality. Shiva is draped in a sacrificial thread worn by Hindus that runs from his left shoulder to his right, emphasizing his involvement in Hindu ceremonies and spirituality. On the other hand, Parvati is pictured lying peacefully by Shiva, her love and devotion clear on her face. She is decorated with jewels, including big earrings and a crown, which match her divine beauty and wisdom.
Shiva and Parvati are represented half-naked, symbolizing their ascetic yet sensual essence. Parvati's left leg is extended forward; her right hand rests gently on Shiva's lap while her left rests on her extended leg. The couple is shown seated on a base with beautifully carved mountain motifs, representing the sacred Mount Kailash, their heavenly abode. The Mount Nandi, a holy bull, is more than a physical metaphor; it also means their eternal spiritual oneness. This sculpture reflects Shiva and Parvati's profound link, making it a stunning work of art and a potent symbol of love, strength, and divine unity in Hinduism.
Introduction To Shiva and Parvati :
Shiva and Parvati are revered deities in Hindu mythology. Shiva is the destroyer and Parvati is his consort. Shiva is often depicted with a trident, snake, and crescent moon, while Parvati is shown as a beautiful goddess. Together, they represent the divine union of masculine and feminine energies and symbolize love, devotion, and the balance of creation and destruction in the universe.

The level of craftsmanship by the artisans with Evam Ratna is truly exceptional.. The photos on the website showcase these beautiful items, but the special quality of their presence is felt when beheld directly. When I opened the carefully constructed package and encountered the ghanta, vajra,, rupa, and damaru tassels directly, I was overjoyed. I could feel the heart and care that went into their creation.

Handcrafted Traditional Bhumba | Sacred Ritual Offering Vessel
Looks and feels great 👍
Really enjoyed my experience receiving our Tonka.. We were more than happy with how ours came out! You will be too...
The Manjushri statue I purchased is of very high quality and has tremendous presence on my altar, far exceeding my expectations. It was well packed and arrived surprisingly quickly. Evam Ratna kept me informed throughout the process and even shared additional photos before shipping to ensure I was aware that the statue had oxidized somewhat since the pictures on the site were taken (not an issue but really appreciate the transparency). Thanks again for the beautiful statue -- I'll be a frequent visitor to the website in the future!
The statue came in excellent condition! I was worried especially since I had it consecrated before shipping (which evamratna offers for a fee if you ask!) But the statue came perfectly. Also, it was way bigger than I anticipated which was a lovely surprise, because usually the statues come smaller than I thought when initially buying them. These statues are pricy, but I recommend having at least one in your collection if you can afford it. You’re also supporting local Nepalese craftsmen, and the price I find is reasonable for most people.

I am truly satisfied with the purchase of this Buddhist Prayer Wheel. The beautiful embossed writing is Davanagari, the Sanskrit/Nepali alphabet also used in Tibet. The formula it reads is the classic mantra "Om Mani Padme Hum." This Prayer Wheel's unique feature is the inclusion of sacred figures that represent various aspects of spiritual life with precise meanings. The service I received was impeccable, attentive to my needs, punctual, and always very friendly. I thank Shreya for this attention. I recommend EvamRatna for the extraordinary workmanship of the items for sale. Kind Regards, Enrico Battistotti.
