About Our Statue :
This stunning Shakyamuni Buddha under Bodhi Tree Statue represents a deeply adored occasion in Buddhist tradition: the Buddha settled in meditation under the Bodhi Tree, when he achieved enlightenment. Standing 31 cm tall and weighing 1.86 kg, this spiritual sculpture is created explicitly from copper, plated with dazzling gold, and embellished with stunning crystal inlays. The design reflects serene energy, making it an excellent addition to any altar, meditation place, or collector's exhibit.
The artwork depicts Shakyamuni Buddha in a meditation posture with his hands in the Bhumisparsha Mudra, marking the time he invited the earth to witness his enlightenment. Above him, a dazzling covering of golden Bodhi tree leaves elegantly shelters the statue, representing wisdom, spiritual awakening, and security. The high platform surrounded by golden railings and exquisite step work enhances its temple-like elegance. At the same time, the smooth proportions of the face and body convey peaceful calm and divine grace.
Introduction to Shakyamuni Buddha :
Siddhartha Gautama was raised as a king in accordance with the wishes of his royal father and was born the crown prince of the mighty Shakya Kingdom. When he was about 29 years old, he learned of people's immense suffering. He renounced his palatial lifestyle, lavish clothing, and fortune to discover the source of the anguish and find a cure. After over six years of study, self-denial, and tremendous concentration, he finally achieved his objective. He had attained nirvana (a Buddha). He then asserted that he had visited a deer park outside of Varanasi, India's Sarnath (Benares).
How do you take care of your statues?
• Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is completely free of moisture and dust.
• Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet.
• Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face. • Directly touching with the bare hand objects can smudge the face, leaving scratches.

Each statue contains a sacred chamber for mantra and relic fillings to bestow spiritual empowerment. During consecration, these sacred items are placed inside and blessed through traditional rituals performed by the ordained monks. There is a fee for this service, offered as a respectful contribution to the monastery.
Please Note: Once consecrated, the statue becomes a sacred object and cannot be returned or refunded.
