About Wall Hanging:
This Shakyamuni Buddha brass wall hanging is crafted from brass, the artwork depicts Shakyamuni Buddha, the founder of Buddhism, in a tranquil, meditative stance. It is 52cm tall and 38.5cm wide, with a weight of 1.17 kg. The Buddha is surrounded by intricate carvings of dragons, lions, and floral patterns, which represent many aspects of spiritual and physical power.
The dragon sculptures on either side of the Buddha symbolize strength, knowledge, and protection. In traditional Asian art, dragons are frequently shown as symbols of transformation, protecting against negativity and assuring positive energy. The lion images at the bottom of the artwork symbolize courage, nobility, and leadership. Lions are also representative of the Buddha's teachings, which vanquish ignorance and suffering, adding grandeur and dignity to the whole design. The flower carvings softly wrapped along the borders represent natural beauty, regeneration, and peace. They represent the Buddha's teachings on harmony with nature and enlightenment, which are important to the spiritual path.
The Shakyamuni Buddha is masterfully seated cross-legged on a lotus throne with a serene look, representing enlightenment and inner peace. The entire piece has a significant spiritual meaning—it is intended not simply as a beautiful item, but also as an artifact that promotes attention and spiritual practice.
