About Our Product
This Sacred Avalokiteshvara Compassion Statue is crafted from a copper body with 24K gold plating and acrylic painting, measuring 23cm in height, 17.5cm in length, and 10.5cm in width, with a weight of 1.62 kg. Representing Avalokiteshvara, also known as Chenrezig, the Bodhisattva of Infinite Compassion, this sacred sculpture features a radiant golden finish, colorful facial accents, and detailed ornamental carvings. Its traditional Himalayan design makes this four-armed Chenrezig statue suitable for monastery altars, personal shrines, meditation rooms, and collections of Tibetan Buddhist artwork.
The Avalokiteshvara statue features the deity seated in the vajra posture upon an intricately carved lotus pedestal, displaying a peaceful expression, gently lowered eyes, and an elaborate jeweled crown. His central hands are joined near his heart in Anjali Mudra, while his outer right hand holds a prayer mala and his outer left hand holds a blooming lotus flower. He wears decorative necklaces, large earrings, bracelets, and flowing garments adorned with detailed patterns. His golden face features blue-painted eyebrows, a small forehead ornament, and red lips. Gracefully curved scarves extend along both sides, while the lotus pedestal displays raised petals and decorative borders, highlighting the traditional craftsmanship of this Himalayan Buddhist sculpture.
In Tibetan Buddhism, Avalokiteshvara represents boundless compassion, loving-kindness, and the aspiration to relieve the suffering of all beings. His four arms symbolize compassionate activity, while his joined hands express the union of wisdom and compassion. The prayer mala represents continuous recitation of the sacred mantra Om Mani Padme Hum, and the lotus symbolizes purity and spiritual awakening. This gold-plated Avalokiteshvara statue is suitable for daily prayers, compassion meditation, mantra recitation, Buddhist altar displays, and devotional shrine decoration. It also makes a meaningful spiritual gift for Buddhist practitioners and collectors of Himalayan religious artwork.
