About Our Statue :

Bring the stunning force of enlightenment into your sacred area with this handcrafted Oxidized Copper Dipankara Buddha statue. Dipankara, considered one of the oldest Buddhas in the Buddhist tradition, represents infinite light and wisdom and is said to have predicted the enlightenment of Shakyamuni Buddha. This 14.5cm statue is ideal for meditation rooms, shrines, or as a spiritual focal point in your house.

This figure, crafted from copper and carefully positioned on a lotus pedestal, exemplifies traditional Nepalese craftsmanship. The darker copper finish lends a traditional feel while emphasizing every detail of Dipankara's peaceful look and symbolic hand gestures. This sculpture is ideal for both practitioners and collectors, representing tranquility, vision, and spiritual awakening. Its small size makes it suitable for personal altars or as a thoughtful gift for spiritual seekers.

Introduction to Dipankara Buddha :

Dipankara is a historical Buddha who is supposed to have lived on Earth for a hundred thousand years. The number of Buddhas that have existed in theory is tremendous, and they are sometimes referred to as "Thousand Buddhas." Each was responsible for a life cycle. Dipankara (also Dipamkara) was a Buddha who attained enlightenment eons before Gautama, according to certain Buddhist sources. Dipankara is usually shown as a seated Buddha, but standing Buddhas are widespread in China, Thailand, and Nepal; he usually forms a protective mudra (Abhaya mudra) with his right hand, but he sometimes makes it with both hands.

How do you take care of your statues?

• Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is completely free of moisture and dust.
• Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet.
• Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face. • Directly touching with the bare hand objects can smudge the face, leaving scratches.

• Handmade items may have slight variations

• Colors may differ slightly due to natural materials and lighting

Consecration Service Available

Each statue contains a sacred chamber for mantra and relic fillings to bestow spiritual empowerment. During consecration, these sacred items are placed inside and blessed through traditional rituals performed by the ordained monks. There is a fee for this service, offered as a respectful contribution to the monastery.

Please Note: Once consecrated, the statue becomes a sacred object and cannot be returned or refunded.
