Product Description
Original Hand-Painted Green Tara Thangka:
Green Tara is a revered bodhisattva in Tibetan Buddhism, embodying compassion, protection, and wisdom. Her green color symbolizes her active and nurturing qualities, and she is depicted seated on a lotus, representing purity and enlightenment. Green Tara's iconic hand gestures convey generosity and protection, while her mantra, "Om Tare Tuttare Ture Soha," is chanted by devotees seeking her assistance and blessings. With her seven eyes symbolizing vigilance, she is a guardian and source of solace for those facing fear and obstacles. Meditating on her image is a spiritual practice to cultivate compassion and invoke her swift response to the needs of her followers, making Green Tara a beloved and revered figure in Buddhist traditions.
