This Medicine Buddha Healing Deity statue is an ideal figure for Buddhists seeking relief from physical and mental suffering. Through meditation or prayer with this figure, believed to be a powerful doctor capable of curing all illnesses, the practitioner can gain a greater sense of spiritual and physical well-being.
This statue was handcrafted in Nepal by a Master artisan and took months to complete. Buddha is represented in his most known iconography, sitting on a moon disc of a lotus seat holding a myrobalan plant in his right hand, and his left hand is placed in his lap in the gesture of meditation, supporting an alms bowl with an open palm. The plants are painted in beautiful acrylic painting.
