Meditating Medicine Buddha Figurine
About Our Statue:
The Medicine Buddha statue is a remarkable piece of art meticulously handcrafted from brass. Skilled artisans have carefully sculpted the intricate details of the statue, capturing the serene expression and compassionate energy of the Medicine Buddha. To enhance its beauty, gemstones are thoughtfully embedded in the robe of the Buddha, adding a touch of elegance and radiance to the artwork. The combination of the rich brass body and the shimmering gemstones creates a visually stunning representation of the Medicine Buddha, inviting a sense of healing and well-being into any space.
Introduction To Medicine Buddha :
Medicine Buddha, also known as Bhaishajyaguru in Sanskrit, is regarded as the Buddha of Healing. His teachings aim to free sentient beings from sickness, pain, anguish, and unhappiness while emphasizing the need for prosperity and enjoyment in this life. Many meditators in the Mahayana tradition admire his healing abilities. He is frequently shown with a blue (lapis lazuli) body and hands carrying a begging bowl and medical herbs.

How do you take care of your statues?
• Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is entirely free of moisture and dust.
• Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a
glass cabinet.
• Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face. Directly touching with the bare hand objects can
smudge the face, leaving scratches.
