Medicine Buddah Oxidized Copper Sculpture Crafted in Himalayan
We have crafted this Sculpture of Medicine Buddah with precise details in our studio in Lalitpur, a small, culturally rich city in Nepal. Oxidized copper has been used to give it an even more antique and Classic Look. We have kept this sculpture as simple as possible with some intricate design. We have designed this sculpture to be Light with only a 1.33 kg Weight. So, it is compact and mobile. We have crafted The sculpture to be seated with Crossed legs sitting on a lotus seat and displaying a calm expression holding a myrobalan plant in his right hand and a vase in his left. It took us a couple of months to give our Medicine Buddha sculpture this precise iconography.

Medicine Buddha is a Healing deity described as a doctor who cures the suffering of a sentient being. His teachings aim to free sentient beings from sickness, pain, anguish, and unhappiness while emphasizing the need for prosperity and enjoyment in this life. Many meditators in the Mahayana tradition admire his healing abilities. He is frequently shown with a blue (lapis lazuli) body and hands carrying an alms bowl and medical herbs.
