We have exquisitely hand-carved the Maitreya Buddha statue in traditional Himalayan art of Nepal. Genuinely gold gilded with a 24k gold sculpture of Buddha will be the best auspicious gift from Nepal to a practitioner like you. The color variation of jewels and ornaments is magnificently mesmerizing. Our sculpting artisan is tremendously significant in the Vajrayana Buddhism practice, passed through generations. We have used precious gemstones and corals and adorned them with rare and antique turquoise in a pure copper body. The materials used in this sculpture will significantly benefit you from the unusual damages and scratches. It took more than a month for us to sculpt and complete this statue reflecting high Buddhist motifs and practices.

Maitreya, in Buddhist tradition, the future Buddha, presently a bodhisattva residing in the Tushita heaven, who will descend to earth to preach anew the dharma (“law”) when the teachings of Gautama Buddha have completely decayed. Maitreya is the earliest Bodhisattva around whom a cult developed and is mentioned in scriptures from the 3rd century CE. He was accepted by all schools of Buddhism and is still the only bodhisattva generally honored by the Theravada tradition.
