About Our Product
This Lotus Born Guru Rinpoche Statue represents Padmasambhava, the revered master known as the “Second Buddha” in Tibetan Buddhism and the founder of the Nyingma tradition. Known as Guru Rinpoche, meaning “Precious Master,” he played a central role in establishing Buddhism in Tibet and spreading profound Vajrayana teachings. This magnificent handcrafted sculpture measures 52cm in height and weighs 9.49 kg, featuring a copper body enhanced with gold plating and detailed acrylic coloring that reflects the exceptional craftsmanship of Himalayan artisans.
The statue depicts Guru Rinpoche in his iconic royal appearance, seated upon a beautifully crafted lotus pedestal. He holds a vajra in his right hand, symbolizing indestructible wisdom and enlightened power, while his left hand holds a skull cup representing the transformation of ordinary perception into profound spiritual realization. His characteristic tantric staff, the khatvanga, rests beside him, symbolizing awakened awareness, spiritual accomplishment, and the union of wisdom and compassion. The detailed crown, flowing robes, ornate jewelry, serene yet powerful expression, and intricate lotus base highlight the traditional iconography associated with Padmasambhava.
Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, this Tibetan Guru Rinpoche Statue showcases traditional Himalayan metal artistry through elaborate engraving, gold-plated finishing, and carefully applied painted details. The rich ornamentation, sacred attributes, and commanding presence make this sculpture a meaningful centerpiece for Buddhist altars, meditation spaces, monasteries, and spiritual collections. This Padmasambhava sculpture serves as a reminder of Guru Rinpoche’s teachings, enlightened activities, and his enduring role in preserving the Vajrayana Buddhist tradition.
