About Our Product
This Himalayan Manjushri Buddhist Statue measures 22 cm in height, 16 cm in length, and 9 cm in width, weighs 1.45 kg, and is made with a copper body finished with gold plating, Panchadhatu, gemstones, coral, and turquoise. Made in 2026 by Sagar Shakya, this handcrafted sculpture presents Manjushri, the Buddhist embodiment of transcendent wisdom, in a richly decorated seated form. The combination of traditional Himalayan design, colorful gemstone details, and gold finish makes it suitable for a Buddhist altar, meditation space, prayer room, or spiritual home decor.
This statue features detailed traditional iconography and craftsmanship. At the top, a small Buddha form is placed above an ornate jeweled crown, surrounded by colorful gemstone, coral, and turquoise details. Manjushri has a calm expression, elongated ears, and flowing dark hair, while his body is adorned with necklaces, earrings, armlets, bracelets, and other ornaments. His raised right hand holds the flaming sword of wisdom, representing the cutting away of ignorance and confusion. In his left hand, he holds a lotus stem that supports the Prajnaparamita text, symbolizing the perfection of wisdom. A flowing scarf extends around his arms and sides, creating a sense of movement. He sits in a cross legged posture on a richly decorated lotus pedestal, with rows of lotus petals forming the lower base. The gold plating, acrylic details, gemstones, coral, turquoise, and Panchadhatu elements bring definition to the finely crafted ornaments and sacred attributes.
This Manjushri Buddhist Statue can be placed on a Buddhist altar, shrine, meditation area, study space, prayer room, or Dharma center. It can support meditation, prayer, contemplation, and devotional practice while serving as a reminder of wisdom, learning, compassion, and spiritual awakening. The presence of the wisdom sword and Prajnaparamita text makes it especially meaningful for those who connect with Manjushri practice and the cultivation of insight.
Introduction of Manjushri
