About Our Product
This Himalayan Buddha Shakyamuni Sculpture is a handcrafted representation of Shakyamuni Buddha, the historical Buddha who attained enlightenment and shared the path of wisdom and compassion. Crafted with a copper body, this sculpture is enhanced with 24K gold plating and detailed acrylic painting, highlighting the serene expression, traditional robes, and symbolic features of the Buddha.
The copper foundation provides a refined structure for the sculpture, while the gold-plated surface brings out the intricate details of the Buddha’s form, including the facial features, robe patterns, lotus seat, and ornamental elements. The carefully applied acrylic colors add depth and definition, enhancing the visual richness of the handcrafted artwork.
This Shakyamuni Buddha Statue depicts the Buddha in a peaceful seated posture, symbolizing meditation, mindfulness, and the realization of enlightenment. Traditionally placed on Buddhist altars, meditation spaces, or sacred areas, it serves as a reminder of the Buddha’s teachings on wisdom, compassion, and the Middle Way.
Handcrafted by skilled Himalayan artisans, this 24K Gold Plated Buddha Sculpture reflects traditional Nepalese craftsmanship and the dedication involved in creating sacred Buddhist art. Its compact size makes it suitable for personal altars, collections, or as a meaningful decorative piece inspired by Himalayan spiritual traditions.
Introduction of Shakyamuni Buddha
Siddhartha Gautama was raised as a king by his royal father's wishes and was born the crown prince of the mighty Shakya Kingdom. When he was about 29 years old, he learned of people's immense suffering. He renounced his palatial lifestyle, lavish clothing, and fortune to discover the source of the anguish and find a cure. After over six years of study, self-denial, and tremendous concentration, he finally achieved his objective. He had attained nirvana (a Buddha). He then asserted that he had visited a deer park outside Varanasi, India's Sarnath (Benares).
