About Our Product
This Himalayan Altar Dzambhala Sculpture measures 16.5cm in height, 12cm in length, and 9cm in width, with a weight of 0.7 kg. Made from Regina, the statue has a deep reddish-dark finish that brings out the deity's strong form, ornaments, facial details, and decorated base. Dzambhala represents prosperity, abundance, generosity, protection from poverty, and the removal of obstacles that can interfere with material well-being and spiritual practice.
This Dzambhala statue features the deity holding important symbolic attributes in his hands. His left hand holds a mongoose, shown resting beside his leg and associated with the pouring forth of precious jewels. The mongoose symbolizes abundance, generosity, and freedom from greed. His right hand holds a citron or fruit-like attribute, traditionally associated with prosperity and the fulfillment of needs. He has a fierce expression, a third eye, an elaborate crown, large circular earrings, necklaces, arm ornaments, and a rounded body. A flowing scarf forms a broad curve behind him. He sits in a relaxed royal posture upon an ornate lotus-style base, with detailed carvings continuing across the crown, jewelry, garments, sacred attributes, and throne.
This Dzambhala figurine is suitable for a Buddhist altar, shrine, meditation room, prayer area, Dharma space, or spiritual collection. His imagery can serve as a reminder that prosperity in Buddhist practice is also connected with generosity, wise use of resources, and supporting beneficial actions.
