This Handmade Altar Green Tara Statue is a finely crafted Buddhist sculpture created by Nepali artisan Sagar Shakya, featuring the traditional representation of Green Tara in her peaceful seated form. Made with a gold-plated copper body combined with Panchadhatu, acrylic colors, and decorative coral and turquoise-colored artificial stones, this sculpture reflects the detailed craftsmanship and artistic techniques preserved in Himalayan Buddhist metalwork.
The sculpture depicts Green Tara seated gracefully on a lotus pedestal, with her right hand extended in the gesture of generosity and her left hand holding a lotus stem.
