About Our Ritual Item :
This Handcrafted Tibetan Copper Stupa is a remarkable piece of Buddhist artistry that encapsulates the spiritual depth and beauty of Tibetan culture. Standing 24 cm tall, this stupa is made with a carefully crafted copper body, accented with elegant gold plating that highlights its intricate design. The addition of acrylic colors enhances the overall aesthetics, bringing life to every fine detail. It features traditional Tibetan decorative patterns that hold sacred meaning and reflect Buddhist iconography, making it a true work of art and devotion.
The gold-plated spire at the top represents the path to enlightenment, while the acrylic accents bring vibrancy and depth to the design. The base of the stupa is adorned with beautifully carved lotus motifs, symbolizing purity and spiritual growth. With its delicate craftsmanship and attention to detail, this stupa serves not only as a decorative object but as a spiritual symbol that invokes peace, balance, and blessings.
This Tibetan Copper Stupa is ideal for meditation spaces or as part of a collection of sacred objects. It serves as a reminder of Buddha’s teachings and acts as a source of spiritual protection and guidance. Whether placed in a home, temple, or sacred space, this stupa invites positive energy and enhances the environment with its serene presence.
Introduction To Stupa :
Before Buddhism, great teachers were buried in mounds. Some were cremated, but sometimes they were buried in a seated, meditative position. The mound of earth covered them up. Thus, the domed shape of the stupa came to represent a person seated in meditation, much as the Buddha was when he achieved Enlightenment and knowledge of the Four Noble Truths. The base of the stupa represents his crossed legs as he sat in a meditative pose. The middle portion is the Buddha’s body, and the top of the mound, where a pole rises from the apex surrounded by a small fence, represents his head. Before images of the human Buddha were created, reliefs often depicted practitioners demonstrating devotion to a stupa.
