About Our Statue :
The Handcrafted Sculpture of Buddha Shakyamuni is a stunning piece of art that embodies the peaceful and enlightened qualities of the historical Buddha. Standing at 33 cm in height and 24 cm in width, weighing 3.93 kg, this statue is expertly crafted from oxidized copper and gold-plated, and enhanced with acrylic colors. The statue captures the serene presence of Shakyamuni Buddha, making it a perfect centerpiece for your Buddhist altar, meditation space, or sacred area, symbolizing wisdom, tranquility, and enlightenment.
The Buddha Shakyamuni sculpture depicts the Buddha seated in the classic lotus position, a pose representing meditation, balance, and spiritual awakening. The intricate gold plating highlights the crown and jewelry, accentuating the divine nature of the Buddha, while the oxidized copper body gives the statue a traditional and earthy finish. The acrylic colors enhance the face and fine details, making it visually striking while also imparting a sense of peace and serenity. This fusion of materials creates a harmonious balance between the earthly and divine aspects of the Buddha’s teachings.
This Handcrafted Sculpture of Buddha Shakyamuni is not just a decorative item, but a spiritual symbol of the Buddha’s teachings on peace, compassion, and the path to enlightenment. Whether placed on an altar, in a meditation room, or as a centerpiece in your home, this statue serves as a constant reminder of the Buddha’s wisdom and the pursuit of mindfulness. Its beautiful craftsmanship, combined with its profound symbolism, makes it an ideal gift for anyone on a spiritual journey or for anyone seeking to enhance their sacred space with a piece that inspires peace, wisdom, and tranquility.
Introduction to Shakyamuni Buddha :
Siddhartha Gautama was raised as a king at his father's royal wish and was born the crown prince of the mighty Shakya Kingdom. When he was about 29, he learned of people's immense suffering. He renounced his palatial lifestyle, lavish clothing, and fortune to discover the source of the anguish and find a cure. After over six years of study, self-denial, and tremendous concentration, he finally achieved his objective. He had attained nirvana (a Buddha). He then asserted that he had visited a deer park outside of Varanasi, India's Sarnath (Benares).
