This Handcrafted Namasangiti Statue represents Namasangiti Manjushri, an esoteric manifestation of Manjushri, the Bodhisattva of Wisdom in Tibetan Buddhism. Namasangiti embodies the complete expression of enlightened knowledge and the wisdom qualities of all Buddhas. This handcrafted sculpture measures 24.5cm in height and 22.5cm in width, weighs 2.64 kg, and is crafted from an oxidized copper body, showcasing traditional Himalayan Buddhist artistry.
The statue portrays Namasangiti in his elaborate multi-armed form, seated upon a lotus pedestal with a serene and majestic expression. His central hands are joined in a gesture of wisdom, while the surrounding hands hold symbolic implements representing different aspects of enlightened awareness. The ornate crown, layered jewelry, detailed garments, and finely carved lotus base reflect the complex iconography associated with this revered form of Manjushri.
Created by skilled artisans, this Tibetan Buddhist Namasangiti Manjushri Sculpture is suitable for Buddhist altars, meditation spaces, monasteries, and spiritual collections. The oxidized copper finish highlights the intricate carvings and sacred details, making it a meaningful representation of wisdom, clarity, and the pursuit of enlightened understanding.
Introduction of Namasangiti
According to one tradition, he attained perfect enlightenment a long time back. He purposefully descended into the world as a Bodhisattva for the welfare of all sentient beings. He was one of the eight chief disciples of Lord Shakyamuni who used to raise questions concerning the emptiness for the benefit of other listeners. The Buddhists believe that he is the sole deity of wisdom who blesses the devotees to sharpen their memory and intellect. As a result, a devotee can penetrate the vast and profound meanings of the Buddha's teachings. Without the blessings of Mañjuśri, nobody can develop the realization of emptiness.
