Kurukulla is depicted with a five-skull crown and three eyes that radiate wisdom and awareness. She has four arms: her main hands hold a bow and arrow adorned with blossoms, symbolizing her ability to enchant and magnetise. In her upper right hand, she has a staff of flowers, while the left hand holds a lasso made of blossoms with a hook at the end—tools of attraction and spiritual control. She tramples upon a subdued being, signifying the subjugation of ego or obstacles, and is adorned with a swirling scarf and a necklace of fifty fresh heads representing the purification of speech. A radiant halo encircles her, set against a blazing sun disc, enhancing her dynamic, wrathful, yet alluring presence.

During consecration, these sacred items are placed inside and blessed through traditional rituals performed by the ordained monks. There is a fee for this service, offered as a respectful contribution to the monastery.
