About The Ritual Item :
In Tibetan Buddhism, this magnificent handcrafted gold, copper-plated brass stupa is a potent representation of enlightenment, inner serenity, and spiritual protection. This stupa is handcrafted from a brass body and beautifully plated with a bright gold copper finish. It is 22 cm tall, 10.5 cm wide, and weighs a solid 0.91 kg. Its exquisite details and traditional style make it a powerful focal point for home altars, meditation spaces, or as a spiritual gift. Stupas, a highly esteemed monument in Buddhist tradition, serve as a spiritual focal point in hallowed places and encourage mindfulness.
This Handcrafted Gold Copper-Plated Brass Stupa is ideal for practitioners and collectors alike. It symbolizes the journey to enlightenment and acts as a reminder of the Buddha's compassion and wisdom. It enhances energy and gives your surroundings a sacred glow, whether it is set on a temple shelf or in a meditation space.
Introduction To Stupa :
Before Buddhism, great teachers were buried in mounds. Some were cremated, but sometimes they were buried in a seated, meditative position. The mound of earth covered them up. Thus, the domed shape of the stupa came to represent a person seated in meditation, much as the Buddha was when he achieved Enlightenment and knowledge of the Four Noble Truths. The base of the stupa represents his crossed legs as he sat in a meditative pose. The middle portion is the Buddha’s body, and the top of the mound, where a pole rises from the apex surrounded by a small fence, represents his head. Before images of the human Buddha were created, reliefs often depicted practitioners demonstrating devotion to a stupa.
