Dzambhala is revered in Buddhist tradition as the deity of wealth and abundance, symbolizing prosperity guided by wisdom and generosity. He is traditionally depicted in a seated posture, representing stability and the removal of obstacles related to scarcity. The detailed form reflects sacred iconography associated with Vajrayana practice.
This Dzambhala statue represents abundance rooted in compassion and ethical intention. In Buddhist practice, Dzambhala is invoked to support generosity, balanced prosperity, and spiritual growth. Placed on an altar or meditation space, this statue serves as a meaningful reminder of mindful wealth and the cultivation of generosity in daily life.
Introduction of Dzambhala
Dzambhala (also known as Jambhala) is a revered wealth deity in Tibetan Buddhism, often depicted holding a mongoose that spews jewels. He is believed to grant financial stability and spiritual riches to those who practice generosity and seek enlightenment. His blessings are not merely material but also encompass the abundance of compassion, wisdom, and inner peace.
How Do You Take Care of Your Statues?
- Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
- Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is entirely free of moisture and dust.
- Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by the Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet.
- Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face.
- Directly touching objects with the bare hand can smudge the face, leaving scratches.
Consecration Service Available
Each statue contains a sacred chamber for mantra and relic fillings to bestow spiritual empowerment. During consecration, these sacred items are placed inside and blessed through traditional rituals performed by the ordained monks. There is a fee for this service, offered as a respectful contribution to the monastery.
Please note: Once consecrated, the statue becomes a sacred object and cannot be returned or refunded.
