This Handcrafted Compassion Chenrezig Statue is a beautifully crafted Tibetan Buddhist sculpture measuring 35cm in height, 25.5cm in length, and 15cm in width, with a weight of 4.47 kg. Created with a copper body, 24K gold plating, acrylic color, gemstone, coral, and turquoise details, this sacred statue represents Chenrezig (Avalokiteshvara), the Bodhisattva of Infinite Compassion. Revered throughout Tibetan Buddhism, Chenrezig embodies the compassion of all Buddhas and inspires practitioners to develop kindness, wisdom, and care for all living beings.
This Chenrezig sculpture showcases detailed Himalayan artistry and meaningful Buddhist symbolism. The deity is depicted seated gracefully on a lotus throne, symbolizing purity, spiritual awakening, and the unfolding of enlightened qualities. Chenrezig is shown with four arms, representing the boundless compassion extended in all directions. His two front hands are joined together in prayer gesture (Anjali Mudra) while holding a wish-fulfilling jewel (Cintamani), symbolizing the precious intention to benefit all beings. His right back hand holds a crystal mala (prayer beads), representing continuous practice, meditation, and the recitation of mantras, while his left back hand holds a lotus flower, symbolizing purity, wisdom, and the ability to remain untouched by worldly obstacles. The beautifully decorated crown, ornaments, flowing robes highlight his enlightened nature. The gemstone, coral, and turquoise decorations add sacred beauty, with turquoise symbolizing purity and spiritual connection, while coral represents protection and vitality.

Introduction To The Chenresig :
Chenresig epitomizes a bodhisattva's determination to delay attaining Buddhahood until he has assisted every sentient being on Earth in achieving freedom from pain and the cycle of death and rebirth. His name has been translated as "the lord who observes in all directions." The practice of Chenresigs encouraged them to develop a calm and compassionate heart. Compassion is the root foundation for excelling in the Buddhist path. He listens to the prayers of all sentient beings in times of challenge and difficulty.

Each statue contains a sacred chamber for mantra and relic fillings to bestow spiritual empowerment. The level of craftsmanship by the artisans with Evam Ratna is truly exceptional.. The photos on the website showcase these beautiful items, but the special quality of their presence is felt when beheld directly. When I opened the carefully constructed package and encountered the ghanta, vajra,, rupa, and damaru tassels directly, I was overjoyed. I could feel the heart and care that went into their creation.

The Manjushri statue I purchased is of very high quality and has tremendous presence on my altar, far exceeding my expectations. It was well packed and arrived surprisingly quickly. Evam Ratna kept me informed throughout the process and even shared additional photos before shipping to ensure I was aware that the statue had oxidized somewhat since the pictures on the site were taken (not an issue but really appreciate the transparency). Thanks again for the beautiful statue -- I'll be a frequent visitor to the website in the future!
The statue came in excellent condition! I was worried especially since I had it consecrated before shipping (which evamratna offers for a fee if you ask!) But the statue came perfectly. Also, it was way bigger than I anticipated which was a lovely surprise, because usually the statues come smaller than I thought when initially buying them. These statues are pricy, but I recommend having at least one in your collection if you can afford it. You’re also supporting local Nepalese craftsmen, and the price I find is reasonable for most people.
