Intricately Designed Vajra for Tibetan Buddhist Practices
About Our Vajra :
This hand-carved Vajra, also known as a Tibetan Dorje, is a sacred ceremonial item with deep symbolic meaning in the Vajrayana Buddhist tradition. This Vajra, crafted from ethically obtained buffalo bone, represents the indestructibility of truth, the ability to overcome challenges, and the balance between samsara and Nirvana. In Tibetan rituals, the Vajra is frequently combined with a bell to represent the balance of male and feminine forces, compassion, and successful action.
This finely handcrafted Vajra measures 5.5 cm in height and 14.5 cm in width, and weighs 0.094 kg. It is ideal for meditation, ceremonies, or as an inspiring piece of decor. Its symmetrical design and rich detailing showcase the artisan's skill while also representing spiritual depth. Include this Dorje in your holy area to provide protection, balance, and enlightenment.
Introduction to Vajra :
The vajra means "diamond" or "lightning" in Sanskrit, is an important symbol and ritual instrument in Hinduism and more in the Buddhist tradition Vajrayana ("diamond way") to which it gave its name.
Tibetan Dorje represents the indestructibility and efficiency that overcomes all obstacles. Symbolically, Dorje Vajra destroys ignorance. In Tibetan Buddhist rituals, the vajra is often used with the bell, representing the masculine and the feminine, the ying and the yang, the effective action, and the compassion. The shape of the Tibetan Dorje is symmetrical, the two pyramidal heads representing samsara and Nirvana, which cancel each other out in its center thanks to the ring of Emptiness. Having a Dorje at home would have positive virtues against the various attacks we suffer.
