This Traditional Light Offering Lamp Set features two beautifully crafted Buddhist offering lamps, each measuring 31cm in height with a 15.5cm diameter, a 10cm base, and a 7cm inner depth. Each lamp weighs 1 kg, with a total weight of 2 kg for the set. Made from oxidized copper with silver plating, these sacred ritual lamps showcase a graceful pedestal form, rounded offering bowl, decorative lid, and finely finished ornamental details. The combination of dark copper tones and silver accents gives the set a distinctive Himalayan appearance for Buddhist altars, shrine spaces, and meditation rooms.

This Lamp Set features a rounded lamp bowl decorated with raised silver motifs, including central ornamental panels, smaller circular accents, and decorative side elements. The lid is finished with a raised finial featuring intricate carved patterns, while the rim is bordered with detailed silver work. The whole process of offering a butter lamp is also a very spiritual practice. The traditional practice of preparing a butter lamp starts by washing one’s hand, wearing a mask to protect from contaminating the butter lamp through one’s breath, making the wick out of pure cotton, and cleaning the chalices with a clean piece of cloth reserved for this or fresh mosses from the trees, which was commonly used in old times. The whole process is a meditative spiritual practice that engages a person physically and mentally if they know and practices it according to the norms.
