Introduction of Amitabha Buddha
Amitabha Buddha, known as the Buddha of Infinite Light, is a revered figure in Mahayana Buddhism. He is celebrated for his vow to save all beings who call upon his name with sincere faith, promising them rebirth in his Pure Land, Sukhavati, a realm of bliss and enlightenment. Devotees chant his name, often using the mantras "Namo Amituofo" or "Namu Amida Butsu," to invoke his blessings and secure their place in the Pure Land. Amitabha's teachings emphasize faith, devotion, and the possibility of salvation for everyone, regardless of their current circumstances.
