About Our Product
This Gold and Silver Plated Kapala is a sacred Vajrayana offering vessel made from a copper body with gold plating and silver plating. Measuring 25.5cm in height, 14cm in length, and 14cm in width, it carries a strong ceremonial presence for Buddhist altars, shrine rooms, meditation spaces, and sacred ritual collections. With a weight of 1.15 kg, this kapala has a refined form that brings beauty, devotion, and spiritual meaning to any altar arrangement.
In Vajrayana Buddhist practice, the kapala symbolizes transformation, wisdom, and the offering of ordinary attachment into awakened awareness. The silver plated bowl rests within an ornate gold plated frame, creating a powerful contrast between purity and sacred richness. The removable lid is crowned with a vajra finial, representing indestructible wisdom, spiritual strength, and enlightened energy.
The vessel features detailed floral patterns, raised borders, beaded rims, and a lotus inspired base that gives it a rich Himalayan ritual appearance. The open bowl form can be used for symbolic offerings during tantric practice, prayer, and meditation, while the covered form adds a complete ceremonial look for shrine display. Place this kapala with other ritual objects to create a peaceful space for purification, merit, devotion, and spiritual reflection.
Introduction To The Kapala :
The Kapala set holds the nectar used in higher esoteric rituals. It offers liberation to gods and deities to ensure their devotion. The offerings are said to be transformed into the Wisdom Nectar, a liquid form of the deity's Enlightened Mind.
