Hand-Crafted Art of Guru Padmasambhava Sculpture
We handcrafted the art of Guru Padmasambhava Sculpture in the traditional Himalayan method in our studio. Which was passed down to us for generation to us. The deity is seated on a lotus with a semi-wrathful expression, holding a vajra in his right hand and a skull vase in his left, and a trident rests on his left shoulder. We molded the body with copper and glided it with pure 24K gold. On the statue, we hand-carved intricate design patterns. On the statue, we used acrylic paintings in an artistic manner. This enhances the appearance of the figurine.
This figurine can be used for various Buddhist rituals as well as regular practices such as meditation and yoga.
Size: 11.8"/30cm (Height) x 6.6"/17cm (Base)
Weight: 2.65 kg
Material: 24K Gold Gilded, Copper Body, Acrylic Paintings
For most Himalayan Buddhists, Guru Rinpoche is the second Buddha, the Buddha of all forms and teachings of enlightenment, focusing on the tantras. Tantra teaches us to initially see our instructors as Guru Rinpoche, just as the Great Way leads us to see our enlightened nature and name it buddha-nature. Then we view everything as Guru Rinpoche, down to the atoms of our bodies, all beings equally, and every scrap of every blade of grass, every grain of sand. Finally, it is Guru Rinpoche who we realize when we recognize our natural, timeless awareness.
